YWCA of Bombay serves as the NGO representative on the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of various companies and organisations. It also conducts training programmes as a preventive effort in these companies, organisations as well as across our communities, in partucularly the slums and bastis thereby facilitating awareness on Sexual Harassment at Workplace.
YWCA of Bombay has also adopted a policy onPrevention against Sexual Harassment at the Workplace which finds space in the Personnel Rules of the Staff of YWCA of Bombay.
